Use on Any Hard Surface

Bleach-Free Formula
This biodegradable formula contains no bleach, no acid, and is pH neutral. This means it won’t damage sensitive patio sealants and it’s also completely pet-safe once the treated area is completely dry!
How to Use
For best results, use in the late evening to allow the solution to cure overnight. Do not use if rain is forecast in the next 8 hours as it can wash the solution away.
- Dilute the Simply Spray at a rate of 4 parts water for every 1 part solution. In extreme cases, you can mix a stronger solution or use Simply Spray neat.
- Apply the diluted solution to the desired area using a pump sprayer or a watering can.
- Keep pets and very young children away from the area until completely dry.
- After 2-3 days, green growths should be orange or brown.
- Rinse or brush the area clean.
Contains Alkyl (C12-16) Dimethyl Benzyl Ammonium Chloride and Didecyl Dimethyl Ammonium Chloride.

We would recommend using it when the weather forecast confirms no rain for a 24-hour period before application. Do not apply to frozen ground or in freezing conditions or in high summer temperatures.

Make sure that rain is not forecast in the next 8 hours after application. If the patio was rained on brush away excess water first. For better results it is better if the patio is dry.

How long should I wait after applying before pressure washing my patio. I still want to pressure wash it, once the treatment has done it's magic. Will this reduce it's effectiveness?
Please wait at least 7 to 10 days after treatment, the green mould & algae will change from green to brown. If you rinse earlier it may reduce its effectiveness.

I.E new grass will die too if re-turfed?
Yes, this product will damage grass, shrubs and other garden plants. So rinse away from them when treating your patio area. Rinse the area well if it goes onto the grass area to protect against discoloration and damage.

No. Once your driveway is fully dry with no rain for 24 hours then the product can be applied.

Yes, this product can be used on UPVC panels, but we would advise you that if the run off comes into contact with grass or plants, it will damage them. Use protective clothing and do not apply if windy.

You can use a mask if you prefer when spraying. Read the instructions on the bottle carefully, then simply decide your required dilution and apply with watering can or pump sprayer and apply the solution to the entire area.

I need to paint 450 linea feet of fencing that is covered in green algae using a woodstain. Do I need wash the fences after treating with Pro-keen before I paint them? Or can I just give them a light brush down? Presumedly Pro-keen just kills the algae rather than removing it?
Please apply the woodstain first by following the instructions on the product. After allowing it to dry as per the label. Lightly brush down the fencing before applying the Patio Cleaner.

I used ProKleen on my patio five days ago and have seen no results whatsoever. I wonder if I have doen anything wrong? I used a 5 litre diluted with x4 water across a patio of about 20 metres by three metres. It's had no cleaning effect and there no difference in the many white spots on the slabs.I did put it on in hot sunshine and it's been relentless sunshine since. Am I to wait or will the weather have nullified the effect?

This product will not damage or discolour purple slate. Although it may damage grass, it is mainly designed to kill mould and algae. It is safe to use in areas where horses are active, but we would advise you to make sure the treated area is dry before using.

The algae discolours to a white film after the treatment but will disappear fully.

It is safe for pets to walk on the treated area once it is dry. It will not effect your potted plants unless they are sprayed it would then discolour the leaves.
