The protective layer makes cleaning and maintaining your tiles easier by creating a smooth easy-to-clean layer that protects against dirt and grease while also being stain-resistant so you can keep your tiles looking like new for longer. 

Clear Anti-Yellowing Finish

This sealer has a crystal-clear finish that is resistant to yellowing so this means not only will the initial application not alter or ruin the colour of your tiles, but even as the seal ages you do not need to worry about it developing an unsightly dirty yellow colour. 

Suitable for Interior and Exterior Use

This Grout and Tile Seal has been specially formulated to be suitable for use inside and out, meaning you can complete a wide range of jobs with only one product making it ideal for sealing floors, walls, kitchens, bathrooms, stone masonry, gardens tables and many more.

Can Be Used on a Wide Range of Surfaces

This product can be used on a wide range of surfaces including granite, porcelain, marble, limestone, slate, ceramic and much more.

Directions for Use

Before applying ensure the surface is clean and free from debris

Shake can well before use

Apply one coat evenly – holding the can 30cm away from the surface in an upright position 

Allow to dry for 15-20 minutes before applying a second coat (for best coverage we recommend using 2 coats)

Please allow 24 hours for the seal to fully harden
