What Should I Do Before Cleaning My Carpets?
Vacuum
For an optimum clean, a few simple things should be done beforehand. Firstly, remove all furniture (if you’re wanting to clean the entire carpet), bits and bobs and any pets you may have. Once the room is completely clear – now is the time to vacuum! Take your vacuum and thoroughly vac the entire carpet. This will remove any loose bits of dirt or dust that are on the surface of your carpet, allowing it to be cleaned even more thoroughly when you start. Vacuuming will also highlight what is a stain, a mark or simply just loose dirt or grime that was on the surface so that you can target the stains more accurately.
Use a Pre-Treatment
