Nobody really wants to think about their home or garden being flooded but when it comes to protecting your property from the huge damage that unwanted water can inflict on it, it pays to be prepared. How do submersible pumps work?

Submersible pumps, AKA sump pumps, work by being fully submerged in the water you want to move, pushing it out through a hose to the surface where it can be directed somewhere safe for disposal such as a drain.

This pump is another step up in terms of capability on the previous two pumps. It has an even more powerful motor at 1100W which has a huge flow rating of 18,000 litres per hour.
