Black spots can appear on concrete, paving, sandstone, resin drives, and more – and they’re incredibly tough to get rid of! If you’re fed up with scrubbing these unsightly spots and getting nowhere, a quick dose of Pro-Kleen Black Spot Remover is just what you need!
After leaving to soak for a couple of hours, it’ll allow you to simply rinse away black spots and dirt! It’s a no-nonsense cleaner that can be used on any stone surface to leave it spotless and ready for summer.
A little goes a long way – just a single 5L bottle can cover up to 40m² - so you can use Black Spot Remover every few months to keep your paving looking good as new!
How to Use Pro-Kleen Black Spot Remover
- Apply the solution neat using a pump sprayer or a watering can.
- Leave for a minimum of 2 hours or overnight if possible. Keep children and pets away from the area during this time.
- Rinse off and allow to dry before allowing children and pets into the area.
Contains sodium hypochlorite.
Do not use this product in warm weather/high temperatures.
Please note the product is not suitable for use on wood, decking, resin driveways or tarmac.

First time using this product I was really impressed my patio had black spots on due to not having been cleaned for a while. I had to use it twice on a couple of places due to being very dirty but it came up like new so I have purchased 4 more containers . I told my Daughter about the cleaner and she has cleaned her patio and is well please with the outcome

Does what it says it will do to a very good finish, I have an area measuring around 20' x 12' and there is still a fifth of the product left even after some very stubborn bits getting a second application. I can recommend this product and will be using it again as and when required.

I am a bit concerned as we are having some raised flower beds installed on the patio i want to clean.
he raised beds will be made out of PVC composite panel and will be free standing on the patio.
I would like to know if your product would mark / ruin the actual composite panels.

What are the respective concentrations of sodium hydroxide and sodium hypochlorite in the product?
This contains approximately 9.3% Sodium Hypochlorite. The sodium hydroxide is less than 1%.

My patio sits on a flat roof the material of which is Sarnafil® S 327-15 EL - a polyester reinforced, multi-layer, synthetic roof waterproofing sheet based on premium-quality polyvinyl chloride. Will Pro-Leen Black Spot Remover damage it?

Hi - I want to use the cleaner on my patio but when I rinse the water will run off into borders which contain plants and trees. Will the “dirty” run off damage my borders?
We recommend washing it off with care - it won't harm your trees and plants if you wash it off thoroughly as it becomes too diluted, however, we would still recommend directing the run-off away from your trees and plants just in case.
