Pro-Kleen Patio and Drive Cleaner is an extra-strength formula that removes the most stubborn of dirt and grime from patios, driveways, paving, concrete flags, steps, paths and more. Leave your patio, paving and paths looking as good as they did when they were freshly-laid!
Like all Pro-Kleen products, the Patio and Drive Cleaner is specially designed to be simple to use. Just pour the solution straight into a pump sprayer or watering can and apply it to your drive, patio or path. There’s no fuss, no messing and no need to mix it with water!
One 5 litre bottle will cover up to 40 square metres. That’s more than enough for even the biggest patios, but if you want more Patio and Drive Cleaner, we do offer multipack savings.
Pro-Kleen Patio and Drive Cleaner is suitable for use on patio areas, block paving, steps, path and concrete flags. Please note Patio and Drive Cleaner shouldn’t be used on tarmac, fencing or decking. If you’re looking for something to get rid of the green mould and algae that grows on fencing or decking, consider Simply Spray & Walk Away. Use both separately to leave your whole garden looking spotless!
Directions for use – it’s easy as 1, 2, 3:
- Pour the Patio and Drive Cleaner straight out of the bottle and into your pump sprayer or watering can.
- Cover the area you want to clean with the solution and leave it for at least two hours. You can speed up the process by gently using a brush to agitate the surface dirt, but for best results, leave it overnight.
- After enough time has passed, wash the area down with water and pat yourself on the back – your patio, drive or path is now beautifully clean!
Please always read the label on the back of the bottle before using it. Children and pets must be excluded from the areas you are treating until the treatment is fully completed and the solution is dry. Dangerous to aquatic life.
Do not use this product in warm weather/high temperatures.
Please note the product is not suitable for use on wood, decking, resin driveways or tarmac.

This drive cleaner lived up to my expectations, sprayed it on left it over night then washed it of with a brush attached to my power washer, great job, this is the best cleaner i have ever used on my drive. I did not achieve the coverage stated on the tin but I never do with anything else.

Used a low pressure garden spray to apply, left overnight and then washed off the next day. The result was better than I could have possibly expected, would certainly recommend.

Can you park your car on the drive way whilst its drying
It is best to be left clear but you can park on it whilst it is drying if needed.

Hello. I have the patio and driveway clean with I love and works well. BUT I have recently had faux grass laid. Although I don’t plan to spray the product neat into the grass a watered down version might. What are your thoughts as to damage it will cause. Thanks PHILIP.
We would not recommend using it on the artificial grass, our Simply Spray or Ultima Plus XP is better suited on artificial grass.

Since we do not know what the black spots are, we cannot confirm if this product will remove them. However, it will remove general dirt and grime, but not oil stains.

What would be the benefit of using this rather than simply spray?
The benefit of this product is that it will remove dirt, stains (not oil) and algae, whereas the Simply Spray and Walk Away removes moss, mould and algae but not dirt.

Hi, can the patio cleaner be used on porcelain slabs?
The main problem is the slabs have mud ingrained on them that is hard to remove even after using a pressure washer.

The manufacturer advise best applied on a dry day. We don’t advise applying the product when rain is forecast.
Can I use my karcher pressure washer to wash it off for a better result or just wash off using the hosepipe to wash off
We would advise after enough time has passed, wash the area down with water using a hose, sprayer or watering can. A pressure Washer can also be used.

We would not advise you use this product. It would not effect the resin but may effect any coloring pigment on the driveway.

These must be applied separately and the instructions followed. You can apply the order you prefer but make sure the area fully dry before applying the second treatmant.

This contains a bleach and is supplied in a ready to use formula. This is not suitable for a wooden fence.
My lawn goes to within 5" of my block paved drive. Will it damage the edging when I power wash? Do I need to wash the edging down after?
Be really careful when power washing the treated area this will damage and discolour your lawn area. Rinse the area as soon as possible with additional water to stop the damage to your lawn.

No, this will not remove tar from your block paving. But will remove dirt and grime.

Hi, I was in touch earlier and asked about a product to remove leaf staining from concrete slabs. I was pointed towards Product 234701 Patio-Driveway Cleaner, on the hsdonline website. Product 234701 & 258189 are the same item but produce different codes on both web sites. The Patio & Driveway Cleaner should remove leaf staining from your Bradstone slabs.
